Create your post. You can use PageZephyr to search InDesign documents and find related information. Add and edit content to your satisfaction in PageZephyr’s handy storyboard window.

Create a Preset in PageZephyr to Export InDesign to WordPress

When your post is ready, create a preset using Markzware PageZephyr:

1. Click the Post Blog button. (The Export to WordPress window will appear.)

2. Enter your account information. (To save your account information, select the Save Preset Changes checkbox.)

3. Review the Account information you entered for accuracy.

4. Click the Login button. (If the WordPress account info was entered correctly, PageZephyr will connect to your WordPress blog. If not, PageZephyr will alert you.)

How to publish InDesign to WordPress with PageZephyr for desktop publishing (DTP):

1. Once PageZephyr has connected to your WordPress account, fill in information about your post.

2. Agree with the Markzware Copyright Policy by selecting the I have read and agree to the Markzware Copyright Policy checkbox. (After this box is checked, the Export button will become available.)
