Hi-
I have an INDD CS5.5 file that won’t open, and am curious if you can recover it. I was doing a search and replace and accidentally performed it on the whole document instead of the selection I was working on, and I tried to cancel it (by clicking “Cancel”)…well, it froze up, and I had to force quit after 10 minutes of waiting. Now the doc won’t open. Here’s the link:

Once paid, you will instantly get a link to our Bad File Submission Form. Please fill in as best as possible and submit your COMPRESSED bad InDesign file with NO fonts or images. (Need only the bad file itself)

We will then inform you of our progress, which is generally within hours. There is a further, small fee, if we are able to fix the document (no cure, no further pay), based on the size of your bad file. These fees, which you only pay after reviewing a FIXED file, look like this:
