The Ground Controls in FlightCheck Professional v6.75 have been described as the heart of this multi-award winning, stand-alone preflight application for numerous native or non-PDF DTP layouts (InDesign, QuarkXpress, Illustrator, etc), as well as PDF based file formats. It is easy to use the default settings and start preflighting print jobs during the prepress or design layout phase, but to really get full power from your preflight process with FlightCheck v6.75, you should adjust the Ground Controls (preflight profiles). There are also many pre-sets to choose from in both the PDF and NON-PDF sets. These are very helpful and get your color graphics production workflow optimized very quickly.
