Is InDesign Output Intended for Print or Web? Markzware CEO Patrick Marchese asks
Patrick Marchese, CEO and co-founder of Markzware, asks about InDesign Output on the Markzware User Group on LinkedIn for prepress, publishing and graphic design:
“When creating within Adobe InDesign, is the intended output for Print? or Web?”
Here was one interesting response from a typesetter:
“Nine times out of ten, the output is for Print (books), but more and more, with the onset of eBooks, the whole process is flipped on its head, especially when creating files for ePub as well as print. The whole process changes…and not for the better either… so to answer the Question. It is now 50% both print and web.”

…and whether you create output for print or web, make sure that you preflight DTP layouts with FlightCheck Professional v6.5 from Markzware, of course.
