The following are a few details on how we approach and try the bad InDesign file recovery:

First, please pay the bad InDesign recovery in-take fee, which enables us to offer this service. That fee is only €/$19.00 and although non-refundable, if we cannot fix your file, then there is no additional charge. Start by paying that Bad File Submission Fee here and then you will be sent a link. On that link is where you can attach and submit your compressed bad InDesign file to us (or corrupted Quark file).

There is an small fee, if we are able to fix the document (no cure, no pay) starting at €/$99.

Once the file has been recovered, you will FIRST get the chance to review the document to make sure it really is fixed. Then we ask for payment the same day, when the file is fixed.
