VICKI JOHNSON
Just a note to say a big Thank You for creating such a wonderful plug-in as Q2ID. As a longtime Quark user, I knew of no easy way to switch to InDesign without recreating all my existing documents. Your product instantly solved that problem. Q2ID works seamlessly and so far I've had no problems. Kudos to your team. Vicki Johnson TOM HOENS | KASPER DIGITALE "What a wonderful Adobe InDesign Plugin Q2ID is! It works perfectly! It saves me hours of repetitive work." (It's) the best $200 I spent. Paid for itself the day I bought it. Can't get a much better ROI than that." I could not get the Quark version down under 103 MB, but I pulled the same trick, opening it in InDesign and generating a cleaner-looking 3.3MB PDF. The only issues I had were some slight tracking adjustments where the designer had extended some of the ascenders of the page title font with a vertical line and 6 places where a Zapf Dingbat font was used for the bullet, and that was an easy fix in the InDesign glyph palette. Marlene Hochberg Modern Type & Design "I bought Q2ID about a month ago, and used it to convert a 44-page Quark 7.3 file (a magazine) to ID CS2. It was easy, fast, and worked really well. I bought it when the 25% discount was available (apparently it still is), and it was worth every cent. I've converted several documents, although the magazine was the biggest and baddest." |
