How do I retrieve a lost License?

If you need to find and get access to Licenses which you have purchased or registered you can do so using the form below.

Simply provide the email address that was used when purchasing or registering the product. You will receive an email containing the License Info associated with the given email address.

If you no longer have access to the original email account you can create a Trouble Ticket to get further assistance from our support team.

How do I renew a Subscription?

If you purchased a Subscription through our online store you will receive emails containing the information needed to purchase a renewal in the weeks leading up to the products expiration.

You can also use a renewal link found on your License page. To view your License page use the License Link supplied to you when you purchased your product, it will look something like “https://markzcontrol.markzware.com/license/?-xxxxxxxxxx_xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx”. If you cannot find your License Link you can use the form found on this page to retrieve your lost License to get access to your License Link.

I need to reinstall, how can I download my product?

You can always download the latest version of your product from the License page using your License Link supplied to you when you made your purchase. The License Link will look something like “https://markzcontrol.markzware.com/license/?-xxxxxxxxxx_xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx”. If you cannot find your License Link you can use the form found on this page to retrieve your lost License to get access to your License Link.

I am receiving a message “can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.”

Try opening the software again but this time right click on the software (you can right click by pressing ctrl and clicking simultaneously). Select open from the contextual menu. If that does not work for you or if you would like to change the System Settings to make a permanent change follow the instructions found in this PDF.
