ACTIVATION CODE & LICENSE ID INQUIRIES

Question: How do I install ID2Q (Mac or Windows)?
Answer: ID2Q comes with separate QuarkXPress XTensions. You will receive a unique download URL link when you purchase ID2Q. To install ID2Q, please see the ID2Q Manual. You can also see the ID2Q systems requirements.

 

PRODUCT INSTALLER INQUIRIES

Question: The link I received when I purchased my product doesn’t work. How can I re-download ID2Q?
Answer: Please contact Markzware Tech Support.

 

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

Question: Is there an ID2Q demo I can download to try out before I purchase?
Answer: Since ID2Q is a QuarkXPress XTension and not a stand-alone application, we have limited capabilities to control the file from being saved or add watermarks. We do have extensive documentation available for you to download, so that you can get an idea of how to use ID2Q and how your InDesign files will likely appear. Please view the ID2Q video demonstration or ID2Q Conversion Notes for more information.

Question: I have an older version of QuarkXPress (v6x, v5x, v4x, v3x) and I need to convert an InDesign file. What can I do?
Answer: Due to some complex features in Adobe InDesign, we do not offer an ID2Q version that converts to QuarkXPress versions older than 8.5. For more details on how to convert InDesign with ID2Q, see the ID2Q Manual. To request ID2Q tech support for ID2Q questions, please use the ID2Q Support Form.

 

REFUND POLICY

Question: Can I return ID2Q products that I purchase from your online store?
Answer: We can refund your product within 30 days of your online purchase, if you have NOT activated or installed it on any system. If you activate ID2Q, we CANNOT return or refund your product, as it is considered opened product. If you qualify for a refund, please forward your online invoice with an explanation as to why you need a refund to sales@markzware.com for a return authorization. If you experience any issues with ID2Q not working as advertised, please contact our Markzware Technical Support Team via the Support Form and make sure to send us the problematic file(s) so we may inspect them to determine what the issue(s) might be. Products received through third-party promotions CANNOT be refunded for any reason.
