Question: I am trying to download the latest version of Pub2ID. How do I download the full version of Pub2ID?
Answer: You will receive a unique download URL link after purchasing Markzware Pub2ID from the Pub2ID Store.
Note: To install and activate Pub2ID for InDesign CS6, you need a valid Pub2ID License, an internet connection and a valid licensed copy of Adobe InDesign CS6 loaded and running on your machine, per Pub2ID system requirements. Pub2ID supports Microsoft Publisher versions 2002 through 2010.
Question: The link I received when I purchased my product doesn’t work. How can I download Pub2ID?

Question: Is there a Pub2ID demo that I can download to try out before I purchase?
Answer: Since Pub2ID is an Adobe InDesign Plug-in and not a stand-alone application, we have limited capabilities to control the file from being saved or add watermarks. We do have extensive documentation available for you to download, so you can get an idea of Pub2ID usage and how your Microsoft Publisher files will likely appear. Please see the Pub2ID Manual or click to view a Pub2ID video demonstration.
Question: What if my file will not convert, or Adobe InDesign crashes, when I try to convert a document?
Answer: Please make sure that you have the latest version of Pub2ID. If you still have problems after updating and want Pub2ID help, please fill out a Pub2ID Tech Support Form and make sure to send us the problematic file or files so we may inspect them.
Question: Can I return Pub2ID products that I purchase from your online store?
Answer: We can refund your product within 30 days of your online purchase, if you have NOT activated or installed it on any system. If you activate Pub2ID, we CANNOT return or refund your product, as it is considered opened product. If you qualify for a refund, please forward your online invoice with an explanation as to why you need a refund to email@example.com for a return authorization. If you experience any issues with Pub2ID not working as advertised, please contact our Markzware Technical Support Team via the Support Form and make sure to send us the problematic file(s) so we may inspect them to determine what the issue(s) might be. Products received through third-party promotions CANNOT be refunded for any reason.
