Thank you for paying first the Bad InDesign File In-Take Fee. Please now fill out the submission form below and submit your corrupt InDesign or bad Quark file. Provide specific information within the “Description of problem,” and “Steps to problem” fields. You may want to include answers to the following questions:

1. How many pages is your corrupt InDesign or bad Quark document?
2. What were you doing when it went corrupt?
3. Were you on a certain page in the document?
4. Have any images or fonts been acting difficult lately?

You can select and upload a bad file for us to try and fix, at the bottom of this page. Remember to compress the file or job as a .ZIP file and submit the file along with this form. (NO fonts and NO images are needed, only the bad InDesign .INDD file, for example.)
