ID2Q Anchor Boxes
For working with anchor boxes in ID2Q, here is some information on Markzware ID2Q anchor boxes:
Nested Anchor Boxes
Nested Anchor Boxes are not supported by QuarkXPress. For example, pasted objects (such as Pictures) in Table Cells are considered to be “anchors within anchors,” because an InDesign Table always resides (is anchored) within a text box. Such boxes may be placed centered over the Table.

Custom or Above Line or Space Before/Space After
Anchor boxes using Custom or Above Line are not supported (as well as Space Before/After, etc.). NOTE: InDesign allows text to display over the anchor box, but QuarkXPress does not (even if one adjusts the bottom runaround to 1/2 height). If the InDesign anchor mode is not “Inline,” or there is a space before or after, then the anchor box will be set to Ascent. Additionally, Anchor Offsets are not supported.
