PageZephyr Changing Font Styles
PageZephyr uses the current active fonts on your Mac system. So any fonts that are legitimately active on your system are available for PageZephyr to use.
001 – Accessing the PageZephyr Font Menu
To access the PageZephyr Font Menu, Select Show Fonts from the Format Menu (1) or Right-Click or Control-Click somewhere in the Storyboard Window. This will bring up a contextual menu of PageZephyr font options. Select Font (2) and then select Show Fonts (3) to bring up a standard OS X font menu.
002 – Standard Font Menu
This is a standard Mac OS X font menu. Here you can select different font faces and styles.
003 – Changing Font Faces
To change text in the PageZephyr Storyboard Window to another font, highlight the text you want to change and then select a new font and size in the Fonts window (1). The PageZephyr font change will be instantly applied. In the example above, the word “NYOS” was changed from a 12 point Helvetica to a 48 point Party LET Plain font.
004 – Changing Font Color
To access the color selector, select Show Colors from the Format Menu (1) or Right-Click or Control-Click in the Storyboard Window and select Font (2) and then Show Colors (3). This will bring up the PageZephyr Colors Window (4).
005 – The Color Selector
With the PageZephyr Colors Window (1) active, highlight the text you want to change the color of and then select a color from the Colors Window. In the example above, the word “NYOS” has been changed from black to Grape.
006 – Shortcut Keys For Increasing/Decreasing Font Size
Under the Format Menu (1) there are menu items to increase or decrease the point size of selected text.
Command – Plus will increase the point size of selected text.
Command – Minus will decrease the size of selected text.
By repeating the above keystrokes in Markzware PageZephyr, you can scale text quite large or quite small without using your mouse.
**You can only see the modified font size if you save the file as an RTF file.
