PageZephyr Editing Text Content In The Storyboard Window

PageZephyr Editing Text Content In The Storyboard Window

In PageZephyr and in the PageZephyr Demo trial version, you can edit the text content displayed in the Storyboard Window. It is important to understand that you are not in any way altering the original InDesign, Quark or Publisher document or the text that is located in these documents. You are creating a new document that can be exported as RTF, TXT or uploaded to your PageZephyr website.

Edit text content in the PageZephyr Storyboard Window as shown below:

001 – Getting content into the Storyboard Window

To get content into the Storyboard Window (1), either click on a document icon which will display all stories for that document, or click on the disclosure triangle for a document which will expose all stories for that document and then select the stories you are interested in. You can select individual stories from several documents and mix them together by holding down the Command Key/Apple Key and clicking on several stories. (**Note – In order to mix stories from several documents you must open the disclosure triangles for all documents you want to select stories from.) You can also remove a story from the Storyboard Window by holding down the Command Key/Apple Key and clicking on a story that is already highlighted in the File List (2) located on the left portion of the window.

002 – After editing content in the Storyboard Window

Once you have content in the Markzware PageZephyr Storyboard Window, you can add, delete and change text as well as change the font face, font size and color of the font. Unless you export as RTF, you will not see any of the font face, font size or font color changes! Exporting as plain text (TXT) removes all of the formatting.
