OmniMarkz is a stand-alone application for opening, previewing, inspecting, inventorying, and converting complex publishing files. It supports workflows involving Microsoft Publisher, Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress, PDF, Affinity, and other publishing formats without requiring the original authoring application for many tasks. OmniMarkz is available as OmniMarkz for macOS and OmniMarkz SE for Windows.
What file types does OmniMarkz support?
OmniMarkz supports major publishing formats including Microsoft Publisher, Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress, PDF, Affinity, IDML, and other supported document types. The Conversion Center can also help users find, inventory, preview, and assess publishing files before deciding which files to convert or preserve.
Do I need InDesign, QuarkXPress, Publisher, or Affinity installed?
No. OmniMarkz is designed as a stand-alone application and can preview, inspect, and convert supported publishing files without requiring the original application or plug-in for many workflows. OmniMarkz SE provides Windows users with the corresponding workflow.
