Multi-Ink Colors
do not render accurately on screen, they generally are rendered as solid black. This also applies when files using Multi-Ink colors are opened in InDesign, Affinity Publisher, Acrobat, Illustrator as well as exported image formats.
Gradients in tables
used in QuarkXPress docs may not convert properly when opened in InDesign or Affinity Publisher as QuarkXPress handles gradients in tables differently than InDesign or Affinity Publisher.
Gradients may show color shift when opened in Adobe Illustrator
Gradients created in QuarkXPress may show color shifts when opened in Adobe Illustrator. These same files when opened in Adobe Acrobat thru QXPMarkz show the correct gradient colors.
If you encounter this issue when opening a QXP document with gradients in Illustrator, you will most likely see the following warning from Adobe Illustrator.
