Markzware FlightCheck 7.5 Mac Ground Controls:
Print Separation
On – This Ground Control will trigger if the user has selected Separations to be on when printing the document. With separations on, a CMYK document will print 4 pages, one for each color. Most Printers do not like separations on, as they handle the separation into CMYK plus any spot colors in their normal workflow.
Off – This Ground Control will trigger if the user has selected Separations to be off when printing the document. This is typically what you want. Most people leave this Ground Control Off by default, as they only want to be warned if separations are turned on.
