Markzware‘s preflight solution, FlightCheck 7.5 Mac, has Ground Controls that the user can customize for PDF or non-PDF preflighting. FlightCheck will notify you of warnings or errors, regarding the document you are checking for printing quality:
Ground Controls are preflight rules that are coded into FlightCheck 7.5 Mac. Ground Controls show the user a series of checkboxes that can be configured into one of three main states. These states affect what you see in the Results and Overview windows. The three states are the:
- Off state (no dot)
- Warning state (blue dot/text/icons)
- Error state (red dot/text/icons)
There are some Ground Controls that require a value, such as the Resolution Ground Controls, shown in the example screenshots below:
