This latest version enables users to convert Adobe InDesign v5 (CS3) files into QuarkXPress documents, as well as having universal binary support for the Intel based Macintosh.

The data conversion result includes elements of the documents such as object positions, colors, fonts, text attributes, images, etc. The ID2Q XTension also converts cross-platform files; for instance, converting Windows InDesign files to Mac QuarkXPress and vice versa.
