Step 2: After paying, you will receive a link to our File Conversion Submission Form. Click the link and begin filling out the form.

Step 4: Markzware will get back to you, generally within an hour or two** after you submit the form.

TBH, I was very unsure of this at first as I wasn't convinced it was a legit service, but I had heard about it via Reddit so I took a chance at paying the fee. I had no idea how to open a Microsoft Publisher file since I do not use a PC and needed to extract the imagery from it to use in an InDesign document over the weekend. The day after I paid for the service I got the email that my files were ready. I am very thankful for the prompt service; I know now that their service indeed works!
