Multi-Ad Creator supported in FlightCheck v3
SANTA ANA, CA – June 23, 1997 — Markzware, the leader in prepress and preflight productivity has announced its support for Multi-Ad Creator 1!
FlightCheck is an award-winning application that scans QuarkXPress, PageMaker, Illustrator, Photoshop, FreeHand and now Multi-Ad Creator 1 files, to warn the user of over 150 potential printing problems easily and automatically. In addition, Markzware will be working closely with Multi-Ad to support Creator 2 when it is introduced. FlightCheck will scan native files without the need to run the creative application.
FlightCheck then verifies all of the file’s elements including its colors, fonts and images and assures they are valid. After assuring all is well, FlightCheck proceeds to collect files and package all related files into a single job folder, including both screen and printer fonts, as well as images, and puts them into a FlightCheck-approved, press-ready folder.
“Anyone involved with the document creation process has a responsibility to FlightCheck their jobs to a certain degree,” says Patrick Marchese, President of Markzware. Marchese continues to say “the unified workflow is one way to insure that the documents are perfect before going to press.”
