Select the MarkzTools2 > Help menu item. The MarkzTools2 Help… area (1) shows the number of the MarkzTools2 version installed on your system. The version number can be useful should you need to contact Tech Support.
The Online Manual button (2) launches your default web browser and opens Markzware‘s online Product Documentation page. On the Product Documentation page, you can access manuals for Markzware‘s current products.
The Support Website button (3) launches your default web browser and opens Markzware‘s online Trouble Ticket form, with your License ID already in the form. Please send the bad file along with your trouble ticket, so that Markzware can test and inspect it. You can upload problematic files for troubleshooting, via the bottom of the Trouble Ticket form.
You can click the OK button (4), to close the MarkzTools2 Help window.
