OmniMarkz includes scripts that let you convert PDF and QuarkXPress files directly from Adobe InDesign.
How To Install OmniMarkz Scripts For InDesign
Select and convert your document. Choose the file you want to convert. OmniMarkz will process the document and open it in Adobe InDesign, where you can review and edit the converted content.
Open the Scripts Installer. Launch OmniMarkz and open the Scripts Installer when prompted.
Install the conversion scripts. Click Install for the PDF and QuarkXPress scripts. macOS may ask for your administrator username and password.
Restart Adobe InDesign. Close and reopen InDesign to activate the newly installed scripts.
Choose a conversion command. Open the Markzware menu and select Convert PDF Document… or Convert QuarkXPress Document…. These commands may also appear under the File menu as Open PDF File… and Open QuarkXPress File….
Convert PDF and QuarkXPress Files in Adobe InDesign
