In the above example, the first two searches were combined, using the “All” operator. This means that a filename ending in “indd” AND text containing “lorem” must both be found. This is a very strict search and can return a smaller list of files than an “Any” search for the same term.

Extra Feature: Right-Clicking on a highlighted word or phrase
If you Right-Click on a highlighted word or phrase, a popup menu will give you two choices:
Show Selection in Document – PageZephyr Search will attempt to open the file in your latest InDesign version. It will highlight the text for your search term, in context within the InDesign document.
Copy – will copy the highlighted text to your clipboard, so you can paste it into other applications.
