After sending a question about subscriptions, Mark Singelyn reached out and walked me thru using the MarkezPortal for a one time conversion project from Quark to InDesign. It worked perfectly and saved me time and money! I appreciate the great customer service! I highly recommend using this online product!

Markzware's SassS product MarkzPortal, saved our butts when Microsoft announced they were discontinuing Publisher. These guys delivered with prompt call-backs, troubleshooting, fast solutions, and saved us from scrambling to manually re-create updated projects. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I used Markzware’s MarkzPortal to convert a Microsoft Publisher file so I could open and edit it in Affinity Publisher. I ran into a billing/account mismatch because my MarkzPortal login email didn’t match the email on my PayPal payment, so the order didn’t show up correctly.

Mark Singelyn from Markzware called me back, explained the issue clearly, refunded the original charge, and helped me re-purchase the right way. He also suggested a discounted one-month option that saved me money versus the one-time conversion fee.

Once the emails matched, I downloaded the IDML and opened it in Affinity as an editable file. Strong support when there was a hiccup.

The software worked excellently! For as long as I've been at the company, we've used Microsoft Publisher, but with it retiring later this year, we decided it was time to move to a different software. In July of last year, I started working on the project. I had tried doing PDF to affinity but the formatting never came out right, and editing those converted files was a nightmare! Then I started doing a manual conversion, but with close to 20,000 pages of content in our library, that was going to take more time than I have in my schedule. That's when I found Markzware. The pricing was straightforward, and since I knew how many pages I was going to have to convert to get all of our files moved over it was an easy choice. I would have spent upwards of 120 hours manually transferring over every one of our books, but with Markzware, it took me an hour to convert all of our files. Not only did the content come over in a way we can work with it easily, but all of my master pages were preserved in the files, making it very easy to update and modify our templates as we put out new versions. I am super happy with the software, and if I ever needed a conversion tool again, this would be the first place I would come.

… that happened in a flash … incredible … we now have the converted file and can send it to NY and get this new baby on the road!!!! … I just couldn’t believe how quickly that turned around … what a relief!!!!!
