Instructions
How to be able to export Canva designs and other desktop publishing files as other formats, using MarkzPortal:
1. Sign in to your MarkzPortal account and log in at
https://portal.markzware.com/auth/login/
2. After logging in, you can get a Subscription, by visiting https://markzportal.markzware.com/dashboard/user/account/#subscriptions
and choosing a MarkzPortal monthly or yearly plan and clicking the “Start Now” button for your chosen plan.
3. Complete the Plan form and click the “Subscribe” button.
4. Drag & drop your Canva, Adobe InDesign, Affinity Publisher, Acrobat, Photoshop, QuarkXPress, or Illustrator file onto the “Drag & Drop” area on the page that appears. (Your design will open automatically, in spreads view.)
5. Choose your desired export format from the bottom left “Export Format” drop-down menu. (For example, select PNG, JPG, or GIF. Paid subscriptions can also choose IDML, PDF, TIFF, TXT, HTML, or RTF Stories as the “Export Format”).
6. Click the “Convert” button and the conversion begins.
7. Once the conversion is complete, click the “Download” button. (Your download notifications should notify you when the converted document has downloaded.)
Double click the document, to open your design in your chosen format. The document includes all images, extracted at resolution used, all graphics, and text. You can modify image sizes and increase resolution, as desired.
