- During setup, select the location(s) of InDesign files for PageZephyr Search to find. (PageZephyr Search can access these proprietary files.)
- To do your first search, type in the word for which you are searching and hit Return.
- The file list on the left will show only the documents that contain your chosen word.
- Click on any of the INDD files on the left.
- Matches for your chosen word are highlighted in the displayed files.
